Festival Policies

Ground Rules

We strictly prohibit drug use and possession on the premises. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to submit to a thorough TSA-style search. This includes emptying pockets and bags, examining all items, undergoing a full pat-down, and possibly removing shoes. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone.

*Your Safety Matters: Please Note! We kindly request that attendees refrain from climbing trees or wandering into areas of the venue that have been blocked off. For your own safety, we ask all attendees to refrain from entering or climbing onto the wing of the Boeing 727 jetliner. Only authorized staff and artists are permitted access to these areas.

These restrictions are in place for your safety and to ensure a smooth festival experience for everyone. Let's make sure to enjoy the music while staying safe and respecting the designated boundaries. Thank you for your cooperation in ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.

Media

Please note that the use of professional recording equipment for photo, video, or audio recording is strictly prohibited. This includes devices with detachable lenses, tripods, large zoom capabilities, or any commercial-use rigs. We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone found in violation of this policy. For press-related inquiries, please contact us directly to request a press release pass.

Ages & ID

You must be 18+ to enter and 21+ for alcohol. Photo ID required.

Acceptable Forms of ID

- Any US government-issued driver's license or ID card containing a photograph and date of birth

- US or foreign government-issued passport containing a photograph and date of birth

- Foreign government-issued driver's license/ID with color photocopy of passport (Not valid for 21+ wristband. To purchase alcohol or enter VIP areas, a physical passport or US ID will be required.) 

- Temporary DMV documents proving you are currently renewing a license - ONLY if accompanied by passport or expired license

- No Unauthorized/unlicensed vendors

- No Unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, giveaways, etc.

- Yes Flags/banners or handmade signs (no corporate/company-branded and no hard flagpoles)

- Yes Glowsticks & glowing/illuminated costumes or jewelry

- Yes Gum (must be sealed upon entry)

- Yes Hula Hoops - including LED hoops

- Yes Hydration packs (must be empty upon entry)

- Yes Inflatables (must be deflated upon entry)

- Yes Lip balm, lip gloss, and lipstick (must be sealed upon entry)

- Yes Personal misting fan with a bottle (must be empty upon arrival)

- Yes Non-professional flash/still cameras, handheld video, devices under 6" (Sony Action Cam, GoPro, Polaroids, etc.)

- Yes Physician-prescribed medication that is not expired (must show physician's prescription and consult with safety officer upon entry. Only bring the amount of medication needed for the duration of the festival. Prescription must match ID.)

Prohibited Items

- No Aerosol products/cans

- No Costumes that resemble public safety uniforms (police, SWAT, fire, security, or medical) in any way

- No Drones, remote-controlled aircraft, toys

- No Drugs or drug paraphernalia

- No Gas Masks

- No Glass or cans

- No Helium Balloons

- No Illegal substances

- No Large chains or spiked jewelry

- No Large purses, bags or backpacks (over 12"x12")

- No Laser pointers and air horns

- No Markers, pens or spray paint

- No Open packs of cigarettes (must smoke in designated areas)

- No Outside food or beverages (Sealed items might be an exception)

- No Toy guns, water guns, slingshots

- No Unsealed tampons or pads (upon entry)

- No Weapon or weapon accessories of any kind, real or fictional (including whips, pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, fake weapons/props, etc.)

Amenities & Services

Food & Beverages

You'll find food and beverage stands scattered across the event grounds, along with roaming vendors offering water, snacks, and various beverages. Vegan and vegetarian options will be made available. Cash, credit, and debit payments are all accepted.

 

Alcohol

A bar will be located in the beer garden and will serve beer and liquor. Service hours may be limited. You must be 21+ to consume alcohol (ID required).

Water Stations

Keep yourself hydrated and energized with complimentary water from our Free Water Stations throughout the weekend. Enjoy unlimited free H2O!

Safety & Medical

In order to maintain a secure environment for everyone, security and medical personnel will be available throughout the event duration. Should you require assistance, please visit the nearest medical or information tent, or approach any event staff member.

Shuttle

Hop on board our convenient shuttle service to the festival venue, running like clockwork every 45 minutes. Leave the hassle of transportation behind and arrive hassle-free, ready to immerse yourself in the rhythm and vibes of the festival. Enjoy a seamless journey to the heart of the action with our reliable shuttle option.

Survivor Camping

Welcome, Survivors! Here at Crash Landing, we're thrilled to have you join our community. Our rules and guidelines are designed to foster a supportive and respectful environment for everyone.

 

Code of Conduct

Campers are kindly reminded to treat each other and our staff with respect during their stay. Remember, we're all sharing this space, and we're in it together for the next few days! Let's all contribute to making this weekend unforgettable for everyone. Guests engaging in disruptive behaviors may be asked to leave the festival grounds. In some cases, authorities may need to intervene

Please note: The lists of acceptable and prohibited items may vary from those of the main festival. Please take a moment to acquaint yourself with them to ensure a harmonious experience for all.

Alcohol

- You must be 21+ to consume alcohol in the campground.

- If entering with alcohol, you must present government-issued identification. Underage drinkers risk receiving a citation or even being arrested. 21+ campers are advised to carry their government-issued identification AT ALL TIMES.

- Prohibited: Liquor above 16% ABV or glass of any kind

- Acceptable: Beer and alcoholic drinks under 16% ABV, up to 24 cans per person (under 12oz), or up to 5L of wine. 

Safety

- For your safety, sleeping in parked vehicles is prohibited

The campground will be fully staffed by our team.

- We will also offer free water refill stations.

- Please take care of your valuables. Neither Crash Landing nor the venue is responsible for any lost or stolen items.

*You hold the key to preventing campground fires! While you're here, keep a close eye on your cooking equipment and be sure to shut off tanks once you're done. If you spot an unattended fire, don't hesitate to alert a member of our campground staff right away.

- No Glass bottles

- No Helium balloons

- No Hookahs

- No Illegal substances

- No Large chains or spiked jewelry

- No Large speaker systems (Sound systems are limited to USB-powered/personal portable speakers. No amplified sound systems allowed. We reserve the right to remove sound systems that do no follow these guidelines, and repeat offenders of noise complaints are subject to removal from the campground.)

- No Laser pointers or air horns

- No Loose cans or beverages (Must be packaged and sealed at entry)

- No Loose pills without a prescription, or expired medications of any kind.

- No Medical or recreational marijuana

- No Metal stakes or hammers

- No Motorized vehicles of any kind

- No Open campfires or fires/flames of any kind

- No Open packs of cigarettes (upon entry)

- No Professional recording equipment-photo, video or audio (detachable lenses, tripods, big zooms or commercial-use rigs)

- No Promotional flyers, promotional/corporate branded banners, or vehicles displaying sponsorships or ads

- No Scooters, skateboards, or longboards

- No Solar camping showers

- No spray paint

- No steel knives or other utensils deemed as weapons

- No Stickers, flyers

- No Tool boxes

- No Unauthorized vending of food or merchandise, including alcohol

- No Weapon or weapon accessories of any kid, real or fictional (including whips, lightsabers, pocket knives, pepper spray, fireworks, fake weapons/props, etc.)

- No Wooden items

By entering the campground, you agree to adhere to the following code of conduct:

- All campers must be 18 or older, verified by government-issued ID.

- All campers must have a festival ticket. 

- All campers must wear their wristband (acquired at check-in)

- Campers consuming alcohol must be 21 or older, verified by valid photo ID, which may be randomly checked at any time.

- All campers must be packed and vacated from the campground by 5pm on Sunday August 25.

- No vehicle movement will be permitted once parked. 

- Prohibited items confiscated at entry or during the event will NOT be returned. Please don't bring prohibited items!

The following actions may result in a WARNING and/or EJECTION from the campground:

- Irresponsible use of alcohol

- Public nudity or lewd behavior

- Accessing restricted areas without proper passes

- Taunting, bullying, abusive/disruptive language, and/or obscene gestures

- Littering

- Failing to cooperate/comply with campground safety officers

- Moving vehicle to another location after placement by festival staff

- Parking or extending any part of tent into fire lanes or outside designated/marked area

- Relieving your bladder or bowels anywhere other than approved restrooms/porta-potties

- Fighting or engaging in any action that may harm, endanger, threaten or bring discomfort to anyone

- Public sexual behavior

- Possession/use of illegal drugs

- Damage, destruction, vandalism or theft of any property
